For Charlotte and Tamsyn’s wedding in the Gold Coast Hinterland, we created a relaxed, abundant feast that encouraged guests to gather, graze and settle into the afternoon. The menu centred around vibrant seasonal produce sourced from our farmer friends, handmade focaccia, fresh salads, house-made dips and a selection of woodfired pizzas cooked onsite. The grazing table became a natural meeting point, a colourful, overflowing spread designed for conversation and connection.

Convivio leads all food and service for our weddings, from menu development and ingredient sourcing through to kitchen and front-of-house staffing on the day. Our role is to deliver a seamless, considered culinary experience that supports the rhythm and feeling of your celebration.

For couples seeking full event delivery, we collaborate closely with La Mondaine, who manage event coordination and styling. La Mondaine oversees planning, logistics, furniture, florals and overall event management, allowing each part of the day to be handled by specialists working together.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, we offer thoughtful Italian wedding catering grounded in seasonality, tradition and care.
